What are the differences between the tests?

We have 3 types of tests available.  The RT-PCR test, The Antigen and the Antibody test.  You can find more information on each of these tests in the links below:

How long will it take to be tested?

Once checked in, the technician will be able to administer the test in almost no time.

Do I need an appointment?

We recommend making an appointment to help you expedite the process. If you would still like to walk in, you will have to register on our website once you arrive, then you will be tested.

How much do the tests cost?

How can I pay for my appointment?

All credit card payments may be made on our website. You also have the option to pay in cash at any of our four locations when you arrive.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all types of credit card and debit card payments. We also accept cash on site.

When will I receive my results?

Result times can vary depending on the test, please refer to our booking page to see the result times for each test.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel, you can do so by finding your confirmation email or text, select “Click To Show Instructions/Reschedule” to cancel.

Can I change or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, find your confirmation email or text and select the “Click To Show Instructions/Reschedule” button to change.

Do we have RT-PCR Tests?

Yes, Our RT-PCR Test is the Gold Standard when it comes to molecular testing.

What does RT-PCR mean?

RT-PCR stand for Reverse Transverse Polymerase Chain Reaction.

Do you test children?

We test all ages from infancy on up.

Can I perform the test myself?

We do not allow patients to perform the swab for themselves or on other people. Our allied health technicians are well trained and skilled and we strive to ensure accuracy with our results.

How is the test administered?

The tests vary with regard to how they are administered. Both the RT-PCR and Rapid Antigen tests are administered with a mid turbinate nasal swab. While the Antibody test is done with a simple, quick, prick of the finger.

I booked the wrong appointment, what do I do?

Do I stay in the car?

Yes, our medical team will assist you when you arrive.

Do I need a doctor's order?

No.

Which test should I get?

We encourage you to speak with your primary health care provider. Or for travel please contact your airline for travel requirements.

Does it hurt?

Our allied medical professionals are here to provide you the best service. The procedure is fast and virtually painless.

Do I need an appointment or can I register there?

We prefer you register before you arrive, however if you need help…we can assist when you arrive.

Do I need to bring ID?

Yes please.

Do parents need to come with me?

No, however we need to make sure they signed the consent form online when you were registered.

Do you offer COVID-19 vaccine?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

Billing Inquiries

How do I get reimbursed by my insurance?

You can request a superbill from our billing department by emailing relations@dev.labs911.com

Is There a cancellation fee?

When you book your appointment for one of our paid tests you agree to a $50 non-refundable charge if a cancellation occurs after an appointment has been selected, and or if you “No-Show”. To receive a refund for any unused portion, you agree to send an email within 10 days to: billing@dev.labs911.com. You may elect to use the $50 cancellation fee towards any other service within 30 days of the original appointment. Requests after 10 days will no longer be refunded. Refunds take 5-10 days to process and be returned to your account from when the refund charge was initiated.

Do you accept all types of health insurance?

Insurance companies may reimburse for COVID testing services. It is the patient’s responsibility to be aware of any requirements imposed by his/her insurance company to obtain reimbursement for COVID testing services. 911 Covid Testing encourages patients to contact their insurance company for additional information prior to receiving testing services if the patient intends to seek reimbursement for the cost of the testing services. 911 Covid Testing will provide an invoice for its testing services. 911 Covid testing does not guarantee that a patient’s insurance company will provide reimbursement.

Travel Testing

Are your tests approved for airline travel?

When flying to any international destination, we recommend checking with your airline and the country’s covid testing requirements for travel before booking an appointment.

Can I add my passport number to my report?

If you are choosing one of our travel eligible tests, you will be able to add your passport information when you first register with us.

Do you do Hawaii Testing?

Currently we do not offer testing for Hawaii

Do your reports come with a QR Code?

Our Ultra-Urgent test is great for international travel because it comes with a live stamp and QR code for your convenience.

How much does it cost for you to come to me?

Our service fee for mobile testing is as follows:

$349 Service fee per house call (6 AM – 6 PM)

$499 Service fee per house call (6 PM – 6 AM)

Does insurance cover mobile testing?

Unfortunately, insurance doesn’t cover the mobile service fee for testing.
